Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Orders generally ship within 24hrs once payment has cleared Monday- Thursday via standard domestic shipping which is 3-5 days within the continental United States. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. All weekend purchases will be processed the following business day. Hair Proper uses USPS tracking for all shipping. All packages shipped will require signature upon delivery. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time.

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number after your items are shipped. This tracking number can be used for tracking your package at www.usps.com. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order please call Hair Proper at 1(888)852-2089

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays do not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address

 

Shipping Address

Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. You will be charged for any additional shipping attempts after the first one caused by bad address information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

Back Orders

Although rare, if a back order occurs on your item(s), we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund or placement on priority waiting list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival.
